Data Deletion

1. Overview

NOVAX Platform (“NOVAX”) is a SaaS business management platform. You may request deletion of your NOVAX user account at any time, from inside the app or with the form on this page.

A user account and a business are separate. Deleting your user account removes you; it does not delete the business records you worked on, which belong to the business that owns them.

2. How to Request Deletion

• In the app: open the account menu → “החשבון שלי” (My account) → “מחיקת חשבון” (Delete account) → “בקשה למחיקת חשבון”. Because you are signed in, your identity is already confirmed.
• Without signing in: use the form at the top of this page, or email support@novax.co.il from the address on your account. We will confirm your identity using the details on the account before anything is deleted.

We email you when your request is received, if we need anything further from you, and only once the deletion has actually been completed.

Processing time: we handle every request within up to 30 calendar days from receipt of a valid request.

3. What Is Deleted

When your user account deletion is completed:

• Your login identity and profile (name, email, phone, profile picture).
• Your access and permissions in every business you belonged to.
• Personal data tied to you: notification preferences and read status, online presence, onboarding progress and your personal AI assistant conversations.
• Pending invitations sent to your email address.

Deletion is permanent and the account cannot be restored afterwards.

4. What Is Kept, and Why

• Business records (customers, tasks, appointments, projects, documents and files) belong to the business and stay with it. Your assignments on them are removed.
• Accounting and tax records (invoices, receipts, payments) are kept for the period required by law.
• Internal technical identifiers. Business, accounting and activity records may keep an internal numeric identifier that once referenced your account. After deletion it is no longer linked to any account and does not identify you in the platform. We do not claim these records are fully anonymous.
• Security and activity logs are kept with your email address masked, to protect the platform against fraud and abuse.
• A record of the deletion request itself, as proof that it was handled.

5. Business Owners

If you are the only owner of a business, your account cannot be deleted until ownership is transferred to another person or the business is closed. We will contact you to arrange this. Team members who were invited to a business can be deleted without affecting the business.

Closing and deleting an entire business is a separate process, handled with the business owner, that takes subscriptions, payments and legally required documents into account.
